Digital Products and Delivery

The Elephant Shop specializes in digital educational products, including downloadable workbooks, handbooks, study guides, online courses, and educational bundles.

No physical item will be shipped for purchases of digital-only products. Shipping addresses and shipping fees are not required for these purchases.

After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital products will be delivered electronically through the download link, email, course access link, or other delivery method identified on the product page or at checkout.

When Will I Receive My Purchase?

Digital products are generally available shortly after a successful purchase. Delivery timing may vary depending on the product, delivery platform, or any technical issues.

If your purchase includes automatic delivery, check your order confirmation and email inbox for your download or access instructions. Please also check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

What If I Don't Receive My Digital Product?

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase and assist you.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues and provide access to the digital product you purchased.

Shipping Fees

There are no shipping or handling fees for digital-only products.

If The Elephant Shop offers physical merchandise in the future, such as printed workbooks, apparel, or other physical items, shipping costs, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Physical-product orders, if offered, will be subject to any additional shipping terms provided at the time of purchase.
